After a decade in the industry as a hairstylist, Becky decided to open dandy hair co. in Austin, TX in 2023 as a salon for stylists to flourish in their craft. Becky still loves to work behind the chair in her salon and specializes in custom dimensional blondes and lived-in color. She believes continued education is a staple in the industry and has completed the Masters of Balayage course, advanced cutting classes at the Redken Exchange in NYC, styling classes at Bumble&Bumble University in Chicago, Oribe Atlier classes in San Francisco and more.

Meet Sofia, a Colombian native with a Wyoming upbringing. Sofia is fluent in both Spanish and English. Her journey with hair began in 2017 when she was diagnosed with alopecia, igniting her passion for hair. She specializes in lived-in colors and stunning blondes and brunettes that want a dimensional or blended look. She's also an expert in wigs, sew-in extensions, and keratin treatments.

Cass is a hairstylist hailing from the vibrant city of Fort Worth, TX and has been a licensed stylist since 2016. Dimensional blondes, lived-in color, and glossy brunettes are her specialty and she thrives on giving each client a custom look. She’s taken numerous balayage, blonding, coloring, and cutting classes over the years and strives to stay up to date on the latest trends. The most fulfilling part of being a hairstylist to her is the journey she embarks on with her clients. Raeanne is a long-time hairstylist with over two decades of experience, including five years in a barbershop. She specializes in hair cutting, razor cuts, lived-in looks, enhancing natural colors, gray coverage, and custom coloring.
She’s a mom of three, including twins and is originally from Oklahoma but moved to Austin almost a decade ago. She absolutely loves the energy that the people bring to the city. One of her favorite things to do is have a staycation with her husband.

In her free time Malorie loves training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/Mixed Martial Arts, trail runs, training for Hyrox races, reading, watching documentaries, and connecting with nature.
